Abdullah Alsharbatly on Tobalio won the Longines Global Champions Tour Grand Prix of Shanghai, the highlight of the weekend, on Saturday 30 April. Being the Title Partner and the Official Timekeeper of the Longines Global Champions Tour, Longines is glad to have presented the fourth leg of the circuit. This Asian stage, which represents the only 5* show jumping event in China, was attended by Longines Ambassador of Elegance Chi Ling Lin.

The fourth leg of the Longines Global Champions Tour gathered the world’s best riders in Shanghai, in the impressive 63-meter high China Art Palace, this weekend. As the Title Partner and Official Timekeeper of the whole circuit, Longines is proud to have presented its Chinese stage. On Saturday 30 April, Abdullah Alsharbatly on Tobalio won the highlight of the event, the Longines Global Champions Tour Grand Prix of Shanghai. The Saudi rider was awarded an elegant Longines watch, from the hands of Walter von Känel, President of Longines, for his performance.

The Longines Global Champions Tour of Shanghai was attended by Longines Ambassador of Elegance Chi Ling Lin. The beautiful Taiwanese actress and model witnessed the competitions on Saturday.

Longines also presented the Official Watch of the event, a model of The Longines Master Collection. After its Asian leg, the Longines Global Champions Tour will return to Europe for the next rounds. The coming competitions will take place in Hamburg, Madrid, Chantilly and Cannes. The circuit, which began in Miami early April, will end in November in Doha, after 14 stages in 14 different cities.
