With the novel color on an up-to-the-minute model, the Grande Seconde Quantième is back with a new blue dial that is perfectly on trend. This exclusive new version was crafted to cast multiple reflections and a new light, creating a unique and unmistakably 21st century sensation.

The innovative blue-gray dial is nothing short of intensely avant-garde. Outstretched beams created using the decorative sunray technique radiate the dial towards the edges of the timepiece, giving it a fresh glow. This iconic piece for the brand stands out with the distinctive off-center display showing the hours and minutes at 12 o’clock, and the grande seconde at 6 o’clock coupled with a date calendar. The dial's sunrays originate here and reach out towards the bezel. The sunrays offset at 6 o’clock cast a bluish light on the dial.
 

Jaquet Droz has expanded this new look to include a version with indexes in 18 carat white gold that curve toward the outside of the dial. It has a slightly different reflection than the steel on the case. This juxtaposition of material accentuates the new Grande Seconde's nuanced shades and turns it into a source of light.

The final stroke of design ingenuity is the red tip on the date calendar's hand, which makes it easier to read. Jaquet Droz has also created a separate space for it on the dial.
