Hands-On: The Top Six Manicures of Watches and Wonders 2025

Once again, we’ve got to hand it to those who take their nail art as seriously as their wrist game.

After spending a week in Geneva at Watches and Wonders 2025, the eye can’t help but notice details that are not exclusive to just the wrist.

First, rings and bracelets also begin to stand out. Then, one’s focus naturally gravitates to nails. It is at this point that excellent manicures take center stage, so much so, in fact, that we began to seek them out as we roamed the Palexpo and beyond.

Here’s our roundup of the most fun examples of watch-inspired nail art.

Vintage Charm

The golden swirls and curvy designs on @pulseonthewrist’s nails match the undulating shape of her vintage Must de Cartier watch.

Serpenti-Inspired?

Although spotted at the Oris booth, we couldn’t help but wonder if Bulgari’s Serpenti inspired Georgia Benjamin’s sparkling, serpentine-like mani.

Sleek and Modern

A very modern manicure to match @watchmissgmt’s Otsuka Lōtec 5 Kai and Timex x Margiela ring watch.

Swiss Homage

Watchonista contributor Barbara Palumbo’s red-hot tribute to Swiss watchmaking was spotted at Patek Philippe’s 2025 novelties presentation.

Tiny Art

RedBar’s Kathleen McGivney makes our list for the second year in a row. This year, she rocked a manicure featuring miniature wristwatches with incredible detail.

Bonus: Chanel’s Manicure-Inspired Watch

And finally, the Blush Capsule Collection’s stunning “Beauty Art” Mademoiselle Privé Pincushion watch from Chanel comes with its own manicure!
