Watches and Wonders: HYT Adds Three Colorful S1 Titanium Timepieces to Its Permanent Collection

One thing’s for sure: the S1 Titanium DLC Blue, S1 Titanium DLC Green, and S1 Beadblasted Titanium are keepers.

Watch fairs are overwhelming. At Watches and Wonders 2025, over 60 brands are bringing their A-game – and don’t get us started on all the Maisons who are presenting off-site. This means that sometimes a little extra razzle dazzle is required to make a brand’s novelties stand out.

This year, HYT is getting well-earned attention by hyping a new, three-piece sport watch collection: HYT S1 Titanium. The line is ultra-eye-catching thanks to its arresting looks, comfy construction, and charismatic hydromechanical movement.

HYT-Beast

HYT watches are already attention-getters with the brand’s signature liquid-filled borosilicate capillary tubes that indicate the passage of hours. What gives these three new editions a glow-up is that these fluidic hours have been tinted, giving each S1 Titanium a unique personality.

First up, the oh-so-cool S1 Titanium DLC Blue pairs a black DLC titanium case with retrograde blue fluidic hours hovering over a white background. A generous application of bright white Super-LumiNova tops off the large minute hand, the tiny hands indicating the seconds, and the power reserve. The indications and Arabic numerals on the black-coated, sand-blasted flange are also crisply lumed.

The Titanium DLC Green shares many of the other properties of the blue, including integrated, quick-change Pure Black rubber and Velcro straps with case color-matching hardware. Yet, it projects more eclectic energy than its solid blue brother.

Then comes the S1 Beadblasted Titanium Red. It shares the same angular ergonomic case as the blue and green titanium DLCs – measuring 45.30mm by 46.30mm in diameter and 17.20mm thick, to be exact. However, it employs silver and black-coated beadblasted titanium for a more space-age appearance. Visually, it’s sport chic from a galaxy far, far away.

Spaceship Superstar

While the S1 Series is futuristic, it also honors HYT’s past by bringing back details from its first collections, such as an open-worked dial that showcases the mechanical movement and the fluidic module. The S1 Titanium DLC Green is the same color used for the first pieces launched in 2012.

For 2025, the hydromechanical 501-CM movement now rests in the most ergonomic case in the brand's history. Here, the monochromatic integration of grained sand-blasted case components paired with this matte-brushed movement creates visual cohesion. To top it all off, the integrated straps wrap smoothly around the curve of the wrist.

We’d also like to add that amongst a flurry of limited edition launches, we appreciate that this trio is joining HYT’s permanent collection. FOMO is not a sustainable goal for the future, and we’re all about building the path to a better tomorrow.
