Founded in 1860 by Louis-Ulysse Chopard in Sonvilier, Switzerland, Chopard began as a watchmaking workshop before moving to Geneva in 1937. Acquired by the Scheufele family in 1963, the Maison expanded its identity into jewellery, establishing Chopard as a distinguished name in both fine watchmaking and luxury craftsmanship.
