A. Lange & Söhne Triple Split

Summer Series: Our Favorite Dress Watch, The A. Lange & Söhne Triple Split

Let’s be honest, it’s just plain fun to say, “Triple Split!”

By Watchonista

As one of the standout watchmaking efforts of 2018, the A. Lange & Söhne Triple Split has managed to captivate collectors new and established. This split-second chronograph is a natural evolution of Lange’s chronograph efforts. Preceded by the revered Double Split, the Triple Split is chocked full of hand-finished haute horology.

Earlier this year, our Alex Lam (a pretty serious collector in his own right) went in-depth with this Glashütte god. The argument can be made that this may be the most complex chronograph made today.

It may be disingenuous to call this a “dress watch” when it’s so much more. Either way, it looks great under a cuff and we’re classifying the A. Lange & Söhne Triple Split as our favorite dress watch of 2018. Read more via our in-depth article HERE.
