On 18th to 20th June, Zenith will be the Official Timekeeper of the 2015 Coupe des Alpes. Since 1988, the most famous Alpine rally in Europe has been bringing together historic vehicles for an unmissable event. The schedule for these 3 days includes 5 prestigious stages, 20 cols, and a route covering over 1000 kilometres. Zenith is partnering the event to offer its rigour and expertise in haute horlogerie… but also for the sheer enjoyment of it! 

A simply breathtaking route…

From Alpine peaks to the Mediterranean, this year, the rally is once again giving both participants and the public access to a unique setting. Picture postcard views: the most exceptional collector's cars will wend their way through scenic landscapes, with natural beauty as far as the eye can see and snow-covered peaks lining the horizon. Utterly unique! This 26thevent will link three peaks at altitudes of over 2500 m: the Cols of Galibier (2645 m), Iseran (2770 m) and la Bonnette (2715 m). Start: Evian, and the shores of Lake Geneva. After a stage in the prestigious village of Megève, participants will travel on to Courchevel for lunch at the Altiport, with the route then taking them up the famous "21 bends" of the Alpe d’Huez, before a grand finale along La Croisette! 

No bling, but plenty of authentic charm 

Zenith finds its values reflected in those of this rally, loaded with history. It shares a passion for mechanical beauty with the organisers, along with high quality standards and a shared desire to ensure the continuation of legendary competitions which exude a certain "art de vivre" and possess an authentic charm which transcends both time and fashion. 

This year's event will bring together almost 200 enthusiasts in their own collector's cars, representing around fifteen nations and showcasing the most beautiful models from over 30 marques. A five star cast! Proud of the task it has been entrusted with, Zenith cannot wait to hit the start line, chronometer in hand!
