Get Your Copy of Watchonista: Volume 05 at North American Panerai Boutiques Today!

You’ve seen our social media teasers for our latest print project; now the waiting is over! The “Watch Magazine You Can’t Buy” is now in stock at Panerai boutiques across North America, so run, don’t walk, and pick one up today!

By Watchonista

Were you wiped out by the Black Friday crowds? Are you itching to step away from your computer after a grueling day of online shopping on Cyber Monday? We have the perfect solution: Take advantage of what we here at Watchonista are calling “Black-and-Green Tuesday” to visit your local Panerai store and pick up the latest edition of our print magazine!

You read that right. As of this posting, the Panerai boutiques listed on our “Magazine” tab are all now flush with Watchonista: Volume 05 copies and await your visit. And, as is always the case with our print magazine, there is no charge beyond walking into a participating boutique and asking for one.

Why go to a store for your issue? Watchonista aims to raise awareness of your local retailers. Meanwhile, the very act of making a special trip to procure a copy of our print magazine helps foster engagement by providing our readers with the opportunity to interact with people who share and understand your passion for timepieces.

Watchonista’s Chairman and Executive Publisher Marco Gabella sums up the approach: “By requiring watch aficionados to visit qualitative retailers so that they can pick up a copy of our magazine for themselves, we have created an eco-system involving all actors of the watch world.”

Coverage Philosophy

Of course, watch fans can expect to thoroughly enjoy the best of Watchonista’s ongoing signature watch industry reportage as well as the unmatched in-house photography throughout the run of the issue. But, frankly, we think Volume 05 is extra-special.

From the impactful, out-of-the-box all-black cover based on the “you can spot a Panerai in the dark” truism, to a never-seen-before watercolor created by the eminently talented Bryan Braddy (a.k.a. @badartnicewatch), or from the expert novelty and thematic timepiece coverage to The Lounge by Watchonista section that you can quickly get to by just running the pages by your thumb thanks to its special thick-stock glossy paper, we have taken our print magazine to a higher level in every regard.

Don’t Live Near a Panerai Boutique?

Additional distribution points will be added to the “Magazine” tab over the coming days, weeks, and months, and we will announce those updates on the site. In fact, not to overly tease interested readers, but you will soon here about some significant new European retailer distribution points.

Finally, keep your eyes peeled for the announcement of a Volume 05 launch celebration (or two) in the very near future.
