Bought by his father who was an insurer, the stolen reflex Ricoh case receives the most liberating of punishments. Young Olivier Ziegler uses it to try his hand, developing a passion for image, video and… music. After a series of decisive meetings, especially with seasoned photographers with a keen interest in horology, his destiny is enlightened: he will be a photographer! After training at Vevey and some useful years of working in a photography studio, he starts independently and opens his own photography studio in 2006 in Le Landeron. In the architectural language of antique Rome, Atrium was the space of a central room of the residence, entirely devoted to the collection of rain water and the light coming from above. Today settled at la Neuveville, Olivier Ziegler and his wife Joëlle, together cultivate an artistic entrepreneurial adventure placed under the sign of perfectionism.

A state of mind which deliberately stays in the shadows, leaving the captured pieces of the lens to shine. The focus hunts, on a background of inspiring music, the tiniest detail of a watch or jewel no matter its price. Atrium pays tribute to those who participated to their creation daily in sights with a qualitative sustainability circled by true emotions, devoid of those artifices that divert the eyes from what is essential.
