This very impressive chronograph is interesting in many respects.
First of all, the Brand, "Excelsior Park", was one of the first (maybe the first) to be specialized in sports watches.
They produced many types of Chronographs, for all kinds of sports, even boxing!!
This watch seems totally NOS, it is difficult to tell if it was restored or was kept in a safe for 60 years: actually, the watch was built in the 50's.
But the aesthetic codes are very modern and some contemporary brands should inspire themselves from this watch.
The 46mm stainless steel case features a single pusher through the crown; this shows that the movement comes directly from a vintage pocket watch. This 17 lignes caliber is a delight to the eye.
