Swiss Watch Brand Longines Becomes Title Partner Of The 2019 Longines FEI Eventing European Championships
Longines is proud to announce that it has become the Title Partner, Official Timekeeper and Watch of both the Longines FEI Eventing European Championships and the Longines Luhmühlen Horse Trials. The classic event, including the Longines CCI5*-L and the German Championships, will take place from June 13-16, 2019. In August, only two and a half months later, Luhmühlen will then host the Longines FEI Eventing European Championships for an incredible sixth time (1975, 1979, 1987, 1999 and 2011).

We are extremely grateful for all the support we have received. Longines, one of Luhmühlen’s Main Partner and Official Watch since 2014, supports the equestrian sports with a vast amount of know-how. Their engagement helps us to develop the event further every year”, adds Julia Otto.
The FEI will presumably introduce changes concerning eventing regulations by the end of this year, which will then be implemented in next year’s events. “The requirements for a four-star-competition will be adjusted and we are looking forward to fulfilling those, including an increase in prize money, Luhmühlen with the power of Longines’ partnership,” concludes Julia Otto.
About the Longines FEI Eventing European Championships
The Box Office will commence on 28 August 2018. There will be free admission for the opening ceremony and the first vet inspection (28 August). Dressage will take place on Thursday and Friday (29 – 30 August). Cross-country will be on Saturday (31 August) and the final vet check, the show jumping and final awards ceremony will be held on Sunday (1 September).
