Longines Hong Kong Masters : The Longines Speed Challenge

Ukrainian rider Katharina Offel on Olivia de Nantuel have won the Longines Speed Challenge organized during the inaugural edition of the Longines Hong Kong Masters at Asia World Expo. They completed the round in 64.61 seconds. The Longines Speed Challenge is a concept created in 2010 by EEM World. The challenge facing competitors is to achieve the best time, with every bar knocked down adding a 2 second penalty. The winner is therefore the pairing that is both the quickest and the most precise. The format of the event ensures complete suspense and is very attractive to the public, who can follow the time achieved by the competitors, in real time. Since they know the best time only as the competitors leave the arena, each spectator can cheer on their favorite up to the end of the round.

Longines is the proud sponsor and official timekeeper of the Longines Hong Kong Masters which have started today with this thrilling Longines Speed Challenge. The event will continue for two more days, with the closing show, Longines Grand Prix on Saturday.
