Claude Meylan MA Lilas

La Lionne is the name of the river that runs in front of our workbenches at L’Abbaye, the birthplace of Claude Meylan, where the house has been located since… the 18th century! and gives its name to one of Claude Meylan's collections.

The new Lionne perpetuates the characteristics of the line. Feminine and discreet, it comes in a 35mm steel case. In the center, a duly openworked mechanical movement, a watchmaking art that Claude Meylan cultivates, which gives this watch its lightness, elegance and versatility. The lilac color that covers the bridges subtly illuminates the movement.

Around the movement unfolds a pastel tone, fresh and specific, precisely named “Gris Marie-Antoinette”. Originally, it was a blank obtained with caesura of lead. But depending on its content, the original shade could be colored with this soft, discreet and luminous grey, which inspired Claude Meylan on its flange.

The Milanese strap gives the new Lionne Lilas a jewel-like aspect with a timeless allure.
