March 11, 2014, toward the principal of preserving humanity’s historical and cultural heritage, the Breguet House supported the Mexican foundation Probosque de Chapultepec – whose mission is notably the preservation of historic sites - through a charity concert. Entitled « Cinema Serenade », the recital took place in the heart of Mexico City in Altar a la Patria, one of the most famous monuments of the metropolis. The National Symphony Orchestra conducted by Carlos Miguel Prieto captivated the audience constituted of more than 1,800 spectators by playing different cult movies music. Itzhak Perlman, world-renowned virtuoso violinist, accompanied this beautiful ensemble.

At the end of this melodious journey, the magical scenery specially created for the occasion turned into a place for encounters and discoveries where musicians and a few privileged guests were able to admire Breguet creations through different showcases. They had also the opportunity to meet a master engraver on movements who unveiled some secrets of his delicate art, true hallmark of the Manufacture.
