The 2012 Blancpain Race Weekends season started this week-end in Monza (IT) and to celebrate it, a Season Opening Party was organised on friday April 13th in the famous Just Cavalli Club in the heart of Milano.

Drivers and organisers gathered in this exquisite location and showed great entousiasm regarding the upcoming season. After welcoming the guests, Stéphane Ratel - SRO General Manager - warmly launched the official 2011 prize giving ceremony and awarded the winners of all the categories of Blancpain Endurance Series.

The happiest man of the night was belgian driver Greg Franchi, winner of the pro category title, who received a Blancpain L-Evolution Flyback Chronograph Motorsport limited edition.
