The 22nd Annual New York Super Boat Grand Prix Powerboat race took place in front of Lady Liberty. Super Boat International (SBI) has orchestrated 22 races on the Hudson River and was especially looking forward to this year’s event Sept. 7th through Sept. 9th. Professional offshore powerboat racers competed Sunday at 1:00 pm to be crowned the winner in one of the longest running powerboat series events. Gary Ballough and Omar Danial handled the BLACKSAND Boat to the pole position, they lead from start to finish.

Before racing in Florida at the end of the month, the BLACKSAND team will participate to the Crystal Coast Grand Prix (CCGP) which will be held on Sept 14 - 16, in Morehead City NC.
