Morten Linde and John Werdelin created their brand in 2002 but didn’t actually launch it until 2006. Swiss craftsmanship and Danish design ingenuity combined to produce the DNA for this young and maverick brand, which was quick to integrate avant-garde technology in its creations. Their mechanical watches have the added value of high-end Swiss quality to which has been added digital measuring instruments for daredevil sports, like deep-sea diving or skiing. An adventure should be a real experience, they call for intelligent precision when hiking in mountainous regions or exploring marine depths. It's the ultimate sports watch!

These timepieces are produced in Geneva under the aegis of the most accomplished subcontractors.

Thanks to Totally Worth It - a committed agent

Alexis Sarkissian created Totally Worth It – a watch distribution company – in the midst of 2009 recession, when in fact the market was squeezing out these kinds of intermediate links in the selling chain. Sarkissian, a Swiss citizen who has been thoroughly Americanised after years and years in the USA, only works with what he likes at first sight. He specializes in high complications, nich products, or collector items, and is also an expert in North American and Canadian retailing. He ensures that the brands that he chooses to work with manage to establish themselves on American market. He used to work for companies belonging to leading groups, but when choosing his partners, he usually opts for independent brands. Among his clients one finds Tf Est. 1968, Milus, Dodane and, of course, Linde Werdelin. The latter, famous for its signature mechanic-industrial look, has expressed its gratitude by launching a unique series of its SpidoLite collection just for the American market. In so doing, Linde Werdelin is feeding Sarkissian’s passion. And this is someone who is no shrinking violet when it comes to expressing his tastes and requirements.

The 15 exclusive copies of the SpidoLite II Gold feature a titanium case rounded off by a crown made of pink gold. This material is also used in the dial finishes in a way reminiscent of the way race cars are trimmed back to make them as light as possible. This watch is the ultimate expression of masculinity. The date readability has been enhanced, the calendar disc features black numerals, the indexes luminesce, and there are three hands on the double-layer skeletonised dial. The watch houses the LW04 calibre, a movement matching the number 2251 by the independent movement constructor Concepto, from La Chaux-de-Fonds. A sapphire crystal opens onto the black rotor stamped with a pink gold version of the brand’s logo. Blued steel screws with optimum anti-corrosion properties further enhance the beauty of the timepiece.
