Robert Greubel and Stephen Forsey are the cofounders of Greubel Forsey SA, in La Chaux-de-Fonds.
Born respectively in 1960 and 1967, the two unique inventors have designed five major creations:
- The Double Tourbillon 30°
- The inclined Tourbillon 24 Secondes
- The differential Quadruple Tourbillon
- The Balancier-Spiral Binôme in synthesized diamond
- The Différentiel d'Egalité
In the professional world, Robert Greubel and Stephen Forsey are indivisible. Their inventions, combining technological prowess and rare aesthetics, brought them national and international fame.

One of their recent creations is an exceptional piece that will undoubtedly enter the history of contemporary watchmaking - the Quadruple Tourbillon with a spherical differential is housed in a wristwatch of an elegant and harmonious design. It is most certainly a timepiece that represents 21st-century watchmaking art.
Said piece features four tourbillons that independently contribute to obtain incredible performance. With this timepiece, Greubel and Forsey came up with a tourbillon watch that has been designed to have a three-dimensional function.
