With a new format and revamped schedule and jury due to the current global situation, this year's Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève (GPHG) looked distinctly different from year's past. However, that didn't stop a limited number of industry personalities to gather in Geneva for the November 12th awards ceremony.
Continuing our fifth year as a partner of GPHG, Watchonista was present in Geneva to witness the night's festivities. With their new Academy format, this year's list of nominees and winners featured a variety of newcomers to the GPHG.

"Aiguille d'Or" Grand Prix
The prestigious "Aiguille d'Or" award recognizes the best overall watch in any category. The award is considered by many to be the ultimate achievement in watchmaking. This year, the "Aiguille d’Or" went to the Piaget Altiplano Ultimate Concept.
