Chronoswiss Shows Its Sweet Tooth with Three Pastel Coded Riffs on Its Neo Digiteur

Unveiled today, three candy-colored limited editions with rose pink, minty green, and sky blue dials bring some artful, softer whimsy to the Lucerne watchmaker’s technically appealing, jumping/sweeping indicator, handless timepiece.

The Chronoswiss Neo Digiteur’s iconic rectangular stack of elegant jumping hour, sweeping minute, and sweeping seconds apertures should be very familiar for fans of the Neo regulator approach, which was re-introduced by the maker first in 2025 (but got a very artful, mythological etched treatment in the Neo Digiteur Chronos from the most recent Watches and Wonders show.

Be warned, however, each of these new Neo Digiteur Pastel Code variants is limited to 99 pieces each, so you’ll likely have to move pretty quickly to grab your piece of candy, if you will.

Color Plays

The warm, light pink-tone dial of the Neo Digiteur Pastel Code Rose (Ref. CH-1373.2-LR) version joyfully strays the furthest from the timepiece’s inherent technicality, but a special matte sandblasting technique delivers an apt haute horological edge to the lively color.

Meanwhile, both the Neo Digiteur Pastel Code Mint (Ref. -LG) and Sky (Ref. -LB) executions deliver a similar elevated, fresh adornment without detracting from the potent, disruptive intent of the mechanical/digital message.

All three limited editions share a tailored, rectangular 40 x 30mm stainless steel case and modern textile straps in grey or black. But this accessibility and contemporary bent stands as a clean counterpoint to the classic, complicated, handless, jumping/sweeping indicator soul of the hand-wound, 48-hour power reserve Chronoswiss Caliber C.85757 movement.

Movement Memories

The movement beautifully handles the power demands of the squared-off jumping hour indicator at noon while engaging the smooth, running motion of the hour and second discs under their crescent-shaped windows at the dial center and 6 o’clock, respectively.

The designers have eschewed the perhaps expected hand guilloché detailing of the movement, instead letting bold Côtes de Genève finishing weave a more contemporary story for the caliber decoration (visible through an exhibition caseback, of course).

However, the new trio includes a bevy of collector-appeal Chronoswiss aspects that firmly anchor them in the maison’s unique history.

In fact, the separation of each dedicated time-telling surface on the dial echoes Chronoswiss’ ongoing legacy of producing “regulator” timepieces as a house pillar. Moreover, the distinctive oversized onion-shaped crown so closely associated with the maison only gets a slight flattening in these modern executions.

Both aspects serve as an additional reminder that the pastel “wrapper,” steel case, contemporary straps, and cleaner movement finishing also bring along a heaping teaspoon of sweet Chronoswiss legacy and heritage to the final products.

Debuting today, these three new models are priced at CHF 11,500 each. Once again, production is limited to just 99 pieces of each model, making these highly exclusive timepieces. To learn more, visit the Chronoswiss website.
