Video Recap: Reading the Weather at Dubai Watch Week

Watchonista’s timely video reports reviewed the highlights of the recent timepiece happening, well, as they happened. Here we present our “weather forecasts” as an enjoyable video summary of the marquee moments in Dubai you might have missed.

This year’s Dubai Watch Week is now one for the books. More specifically, those books will reflect the growing importance of the industry event not only in terms of participation (90-plus exhibitors) and attendance (nearly 50,000 visitors), but also in the sheer volume of new models, announcements, and news it generated.

Watchonista’s own Ash Longet and her team braved hazy late nights, early morning desert heat, and thunderstorms of breaking information (and a touch of laryngitis!) to produce a series of live-from-the-show video reports.

We suspect viewing them together, as a collection, will give you a one-stop resource for a comprehensive sense of what happened in Dubai and what it means for watch collectors.
