TAG Heuer Avant-Garde Eyewear celebrates a Decade of innovation

TAG Heuer Avant-Garde Eyewear invited the press and VIPs to celebrate its incredible success story built in the past 10 years.

Denis Brogniart, TV host and France's specialist in Formula 1, acted as Master of Ceremony and welcomed on stage Giorgio Sarne (TAG Heuer General Manager) and Pascal Brouard (CEO of LOGO) to celebrate this long term partnership with the 150 guests.

When we launched our Avant-Garde Eyewear collection in 2002, it was not about branding standard products. It was really about implementing our daring design processes and never seen before technologies in Eyewear. Ten years later we are more than happy to see the huge success of this collection, and we are still very ambitious for the future…”said Giorgio Sarne.

TAG Heuer universe is really inspiring us. Our designers and engineers are always trying to break the Eyewear Manufacturing standards…” said Pascal Brouard.

Over the years, TAG Heuer and LOGO are still sharing the same values in terms of excellence and high-end manufacturing and combine their competences in micromechanics to launch the latest design for innovative products.

The venue at the Cyclone Studio, an architectural treasure in the heart of Paris, enhanced the involvement of legendary car racing drivers in the Avant-Garde Eyewear collections (Alain Prost, Jacques Villeneuve, Kimi Räikkönen, Sébastien Ogier…) over the past 10 years.

During this Motor Racing celebration, TAG Heuer Avant-Garde Eyewear was proud to welcome on stage Benoît Tréluyer, Audi Sport Driver and 2 times Le Mans 24H winner and to offer him a special edition of the Squadra sunglasses, engraved with his name and victories.

In this amazing round of innovations, TAG Heuer Avant-Garde Eyewear had the honor to announce in Avant-Première its new partnership. The brand joins its forces with the “Instituto Ayrton Senna” to launch an iconic collection inspired by the best driver ever in the name of Ayrton Senna.

For this special occasion, Ayrton Senna’s sister, Viviane travelled especially from Brazil to Paris to present the achievement of the Instituto Ayrton Senna and to support this new collaboration.

The main purpose of the foundation is to help children in needs to make their dream come true. This project was what Ayrton wished the most…And since 1994, more than 13 millions of children have been helped by the IAS, we will continue to make it happen…” said Viviane Senna

TAG Heuer Avant-Garde Eyewear takes inspiration from the legendary universe of Ayrton Senna and also in his charismatic personality to achieve the fusion between “Motor Racing” and “Human Values”.
