HYT has been on a bit of a roll lately, the brand's 2019 novelties (read HERE) have impressed collectors and enthusiasts around the world. It's always a special moment when you can experience an HYT timepiece for the first time and last week, Westime and HYT came together to showcase the brand's entire collection of fluidic timepieces.
 

On hand at the event was Westime's President Greg Simonian and HYT's CEO Gregory Dourde. This wasn't your average watch event either! Celebrated cocktail Chef Matthew Biancaniello was on-hand to fuse California's freshest ingredients with alcohol for a new liquid sensory experience. The perfect pairing for HYT's fluidic creations!
 

As you can see by the images, the watches were an absolute knock out. The warm Southern California weather made for the perfect evening for outdoor cocktails and conversation.
