Volume 05 Lands in Europe With Bucherer

Watchonista: Volume 05 Lands at Bucherer Stores Across Europe!

The response to Volume 05 of the Watchonista Magazine has been simply incredible since its launch last week. That is why we are happy to announce that, with a little help from our friends at Bucherer, our European readers and fans can now get their hands on an issue of their very own!

By Watchonista

If you check out the “Magazine” tab on our site today, you will see that Bucherer stores in several key European locations are now fully stocked with Watchonista: Volume 05 issues. If you find yourself in London, Paris, Berlin, Zurich, Geneva, or Lucerne (or even Las Vegas and New York City), you need only drop by a boutique and claim your prize, which is offered, as always, at no extra cost, except your cab fare.

The Volume 05 Touch

By now, the cat is well and truly out of the bag about Volume 05’s special “lumed” Panerai cover, and we’re happy to report that it’s proving to be a big, visually dramatic hit with lucky readers who have acquired their copies. But, as always, it’s what’s inside that really counts.

In addition to coverage of some of Panerai’s latest timepieces, a tour of the cutting-edge Casa Panerai boutique in New York City (BTW, a Casa Panerai concept store just opened last week in Paris), and a fun Italian-style City Guide to New York created in partnership with the Casa Panerai staff, there is a lot to love about Volume 05.

The Expected Meets the Unexpected

Highlights include how Frederique Constant is redefining elegance and rakishness via its Highlife Ladies and Classics Premier collections, an industry-insider exploration of Louis Vuitton’s current strategies around the redesigned Tambour, the enduring nautical appeal of TAG Heuer’s Skipper chronograph, new artwork from Bryan Braddy (a.k.a. @badartnicewatch), and our signature Cut for Time Photo Gallery featuring no fewer than 25 gorgeous watches and movements, each with their own “digest-sized” blurb, not to mention our more traditional timepiece reporting in this issue.

But, as you’ve come to expect from the Watchonista magazine, there is a plethora of watch-aligned, beyond-the-expected coverage like links to articles from our popular “The Unlikely Watch Collector” series, updated insights from Watchonista’s 30 Under 30(ish) watch influencer panel, a look at our favorite Barbiecore-inspired watches, and more.

Time to Take a Break from Pure Time

Of course, in the special The Lounge by Watchonista section, delivered in thick-stock, glossy format in the middle of the issue, we urge you to savor the unexpected with a “what-if?” exploration of sneaker head-favored trainers done as timepieces, a ground-breaking new cigar gadget, details of high-end automotive design worthy of watch-fan review, a passionate watch collector who is equally passionate about collecting fine American whiskies, and other out-of-the-box features are all in store for your reading a viewing pleasure!
