Since last year’s departure of Kilian Müller, the US-based branch of TAG Heuer has been without a President. Notwithstanding, the brand has celebrated various milestones, including a full-year celebration of the Monaco (read HERE and HERE). Today, the brand has announced they’ve appointed Benjamin Beaufils as President of North America.

Beaufils joins TAG Heuer after a nearly five-year career as Louis Vuitton’s Regional Vice President. In his new role, he'll be responsible for almost all aspects of the Springfield, New Jersey-based branch of the Swiss manufacture. Beaufils will be reporting directly to Yann Bouillonnec, TAG Heuer’s Vice President of Sales.

With this appointment, the brand has gone the additional step of teasing a busy 2020. Which as we have learned will start with a January 2020 showcase in Dubai. The brand will also participate in Baselworld 2020 (read HERE). I’m particularly interested in seeing what Beaufils does in the US market.
