Watchonista isn't a closed community, we believe in friendship, inclusion, and most of all fun. Which makes for the perfect recipe for a night out with friends and colleagues from the watch industry. We last saw each other in Rome for our first B-Dinner (read HERE). It had been almost a year, so Baselworld 2019 made the perfect moment! For the second time, we joined forces with our friends at Bulgari to present the B-Dinner, Baselworld edition!
About the B-Dinner
The night before Baselworld, Watchonista regrouped our friends and colleagues for the second edition of the B-Dinner. Bulgari's CEO Jean-Christophe Babin kicked off the festivities with a rousing toast, followed by Guido Terreni (Managing Director Watches, Bulgari) presenting a very special novelty just prior to Baselworld.
The special guest for the evening also happened to be a world record holder. Bulgari's new Octo Finissimo Chronograph GMT (read HERE), the world's slimmest automatic chronograph (just 3.30mm thick) is the latest innovation from our Italian friends. Guests at the B-Dinner were able to experience the new Chronograph GMT over delicious food and some very special Italian wines. It wasn't just about the watches! Conversations throughout the evening varied from F1 culture to art.
