In the third part of the Style File Atelier series, we discover what inspires Israeli designer Nitzan Cohen. “As a designer, I am always asking questions and I try and translate the answers to those questions into visuals”, says Cohen, whose Munich studio combines the dual disciplines of interiors and industrial design.

TUDOR’s new Heritage Advisor is a finely engineered example of classic horological design, drawing inspiration from the brand’s past, but bringing a modernist’s eye to its most iconic models. Dauphine hands and bevelled hour markers are set off by a characteristically shaped red alarm hand, while a black fabric strap with raised rows of interwoven silk brings an innovative contrast of materials to the whole design.
