Photo Gallery: Chopard's Alpine Eagle Has Landed At Westime Beverly Hills
Westime and Chopard transformed Rodeo Drive into a night in the alps by celebrating the launch of the new Chopard Alpine Eagle collection.
Contemporary, refined, and with personality, the new sport-chic Alpine Eagle collection is a contemporary reinterpretation of St. Moritz, the first watch created in 1980 by Karl-Friedrich Scheufele, currently co-chair of Chopard. Conceived and designed by three generations of the Scheufele family, the Alpine Eagle is based on a passion for the Alps and the mighty force of the eagle that reigns majestically over them.
A night in the Alps
Beautifully inspired by the Swiss Alps, guests were welcomed into Westime with a decorated cloudy mountain entrance for the perfect photo-op, along with a bald eagle, accompanied by the Conservation Ambassadors, as an honorary greeter.
Westime’s President Greg Simonian and Chopard’s Managing Director, Jean-Baptiste Maillard were notable guests in attendance. “The Alpine Eagle” and “West-Thyme” were the themed cocktails of the evening, accompanied by lemongrass crab cakes, “chicken and waffles”, Niman Ranch prime beef tartare, mushroom ceviche and crisp nori tempura passed hors d’oeuvres all served by Patina Catering Group. Dazzling Donuts provided their famous and delicious mini fried donuts for dessert. Classy modern grooves and sounds from JMV Entertainment’s live band were also a highlight of the evening.
