The TACHY LM24 by Rebellion is a race-bred mono-pusher featuring race-refined components in a limited edition of 24 pieces worn during the 2011 Le Mans 24 Hour
This timepiece features a high-tech titanium case and carbon fibre dial appropriate to its high-tech racing pedigree. Titanium’s ideal balance of strength and lightness assures the integrity of the movement and accurate timekeeping, while the carbon fibre dial provides high mechanical, physical, chemical and temperature stability necessary for the most arduous race conditions.
Each TACHY LM24 dial features the name and signature of the racing driver who wore the watch during the mythic 2011 Le Mans 24 Hour race.
The grade 5 titanium hands of the hours, minutes and chronograph are diamond-cut, hollowed, and then filled with Super-LumiNova to ensure excellent legibility in all driving conditions.
The architecture of the movement was designed to provide a consistent and rational layout of indications and functions. Considerable research and development was conducted into the design and manufacture of the different levers to ensure stable, long-term functioning of the chronograph mechanism.
Central hour and minutes provide the time with the seconds indicated in a sub dial at 3 o'clock. The chronograph functions are activated by a Start/Stop/Reset mono-pusher integrated into the crown and indicated by a central elapsed seconds counter and a 30-minute counter at 9 o'clock.
